Urine Collection

Before You Start

Use the instructions that match the kit your provider ordered.
Urine testing: avoid supplements containing creatine for 48 hours before collecting.
Do not collect samples while you are sick.
Still cycling? Collect during the luteal phase, about 7 days before your next expected period (days 20 to 22 of a 28-day cycle). Menopausal women can collect any day.
Avoid alcohol and exercise during the collection process.

Returning Your Samples

Pack it up.

Everything you need to return your samples is in your kit.

Refrigerate

Urine samples go in the refrigerator right after collection.

Pack the box

Place completed forms, the frozen ice pack and your sample tubes back in the kit box.

03

Seal the envelope

Put the box in the pre-labeled FedEx envelope from your kit.

04

Drop it off

Leave it at any FedEx drop-off before the last pickup of the day.
